Line- This is a close up photo of a message board, it represents diagonal lines. The lines are continuous, in the photo you cannot see where the lines are intersected. It is also a gradient as the the lines progressively get thinner down the photo.

Shape- The heart shown in this photo is the main focal point, it represent shape. The heart stands out among the other pieces of this photo because of the contrast. The heart is a geometric shape.

Form- This photo is from a coffee shop in Vegas, inside the Bellagio. The sculptures are 3D, making this an example of form. It is different from shape because it is 3-D, you can tell by the different depths within the photo.

Texture- This is a photo of the wall in the fine arts pod that is covered with carpet, you can see the unevenness with makes it an example of texture. Since carpet is a familiar texture, it is easy to make the connection with the feeling.

Value- This is a photo of a speaker, there are different shades of black and brown, this makes it an example of value. There are very dark darks and light lights which creates a value scale.

Color- This is a photo of a s'mores shop in Nashville, I played with the editing on this photo, making the colors more vibrant. The blue and pink colors go well together since they are warm and cool colors.

Space- This photo shows Kenzie taking up the space in a door frame. without her there the door frame would have wasted space. With her there, the picture has a focal point, making it more interesting.

Contrast- This is a photo from Pumpkin Nights in Salt Lake City, Utah. The difference of light to dark represents contrast. By turning the exposure down, the contrast becomes more evident.

Movement- This is a photo of Drew sprinting on the balcony track, the blurriness of the photo show that he was actually moving. Along with his stature, the viewer can easily comprehend that he is moving.

Rhythm- This wall represents rhythm because it shows a continuous, flowing pattern. The architects of the school used these types of walls throughout the school, it gives the space a very cohesive feel.

Emphasis- This is a photo from a Thomas Rhett concert, since there is a spotlight on him, the photo represents emphasis. Though there are hundreds of people in the background, the focal point is on the performer due to the lighting.

Unity- In this picture represents unity because all the books are the same. The color scheme Is the same along with the words are the same.
|
Pattern- This is a picture of the chair in the library, the pattern is of leaves. It ha cool coolers, since it is not just one solid color, it can be classified as a pattern.

Balance- This is a picture of my moms desk, it is a reflection, it shows balance because both sides of the picture are the same. it could be a mirror image if not for the background elements.
